Terms and Conditions

We happily travel to any location in the Sunshine Coast region. All location work is subject to a minimum $30 Mobile Service Fee excluding the Caloundra area. For mobile bookings for less than 3 people, this mobile service fee is $80 (minimum spend to Caloundra area of $250 applies.) For some locations an additional travel fee may apply. Early Morning (arrival prior to 8am) surcharge $50.

During wedding season (August to May) we have a 3-person minimum to make a booking.

A $50 parking surcharge will apply if complimentary parking cannot be arranged on our behalf at your hotel. Some hotels do not have public parking structures available close by, so a park will need to be arranged at your earliest convenience.

To secure date and pricing, all bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit.

Deposits are deducted from your balance owing on the day of the booking, but may not be used to pay for trials. Trials are payable in cash at the time of the trial, and are considered a separate service to any other booking.

Wedding bookings are to be paid either in cash on the day of the booking, or via bank deposit no later than 14 days prior to the event. If a booking is prepaid, but has not cleared into our bank account at the time of the booking, clients will be required to pay cash at the time of the booking. If funds subsequently clear the account, the client will be contacted to arrange a full refund of overpaid amount.

All trials will be held at either our Makeup or Hair studios. If you require us to travel to you for your trial a travel fee will be charged. The time allotted to a trial is 1.5 hours per service. If you require two styles to be trialed an additional fee of $80 will be charged.

Cancellations:

Cancellation or rescheduling of Trials requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Within this time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the trial will be incurred. The alternative trial date will be charged at full rate.

Cancellation or rescheduling of Weddings or larger group bookings requires a minimum of 60 days’ notice. Within this time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the booking will be incurred. Cancellations within 30 days of the booking will result in the full booking amount being forfeited. If this is yet to be paid, you will be invoiced for this amount.

Cancellation fees will be charged at our discretion. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms. This letter has been supplied to you as a read-only pdf and cannot be altered.

Housekeeping:

  • Our artists must be able to work in a smoke-free environment. Please advise your bridal party to please respect this request and take any cigarette breaks outside and far away from any windows or doorways.
  • Makeup chairs are a food and drink, and phone-free zone. Please give your makeup artist your full attention for the time you are in the chair to assist in ensuring the morning runs smoothly without any hold-ups.

No champagne or any beverage should be placed on the table containing makeup unless in a lidded bottle. Any spillages may result in damaged tools and products. If this were to occur, damages would be sought to replace the damaged items.
